Class Levels
LEVEL 1
Our Level 1 classes are designed for those with a basic understanding of Pilates who want to deepen their practice. In these sessions, we’ll focus on core concepts, refining technique, and enjoying a full-body Pilates workout.
You’ll work through the foundational Level 1 exercises of the Pilates system, exploring building blocks and progressions while strengthening your connection to the Pilates principles: Control, Concentration, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
LEVEL 2
Our Level 2 classes build on the foundations of Pilates with more dynamic, challenging exercises and flowing sequences. These sessions are designed to develop strength, precision, and control while giving you a deeper understanding of how the Pilates system integrates as a whole.
You’ll explore advanced variations that require greater concentration, body awareness, and refined technique—supporting you in taking your practice to the next level.
LEVEL 1-2
This class bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate practice. You’ll move through familiar exercises with added challenges while exploring new progressions and more dynamic, full-body movements.
Focus on elevating your strength, control, precision, flow, and overall Pilates technique in a supportive, focused environment.
OPEN LEVEL
This class supports all levels, offering both beginner and intermediate options. You’ll focus on core control, dynamic alignment, mobility, coordination, and fluid movement through carefully structured Pilates sequences.
Enjoy a focused, full-body workout that challenges and supports your practice, no matter your experience level.
FOUNDATION
New to Pilates or the equipment? Our Foundations class introduces core Pilates concepts and fundamental exercises of the system, helping you build confidence while learning how the equipment works.
Emphasis is placed on breath integration, proper alignment, controlled movement, and finding flow, supporting the development of core strength, flexibility, and mind/body awareness—all within the foundational Pilates exercises.
